Hanu Reddy Residences consists exclusively of Bungalows with Historical Architecture, diligently maintained since the 1960s with attention to all modern facilities. There is no reason to compromise on any aspect of your stay with great amenities and easy access to all important places in the city like the US Consulate, Marina Beach, and most renowned Music Sabhas.

Live in a Sanctuary away from all the hustle and bustle of the concrete jungle, yet right at the center of Chennai. Special care has been taken to introduce and maintain a thriving microclimate within our premises. Take a long walk amidst the trees surrounding these Bungalows, some over 5 decades old. We nurture beautiful flora, including large Copper Pod Trees, fragrant Plumerias, Water Lilies, vibrant Badam Trees, and everybody’s favorite Bougainvillea shrubs.
